we are co-creating the next era of San Francisco neighborhoods & entrepreneurship
We are partnered with local nonprofit, Kultivate Labs and San Francisco's Office of Economic and Workforce Development, to lead their entrepreneurship enablement arm, the SEED Network. We built programming to support rising creatives and entrepreneurs ready to be the new generation of neighborhood anchors — anchors that bring diverse communities together via craft, culture and genuine connection.
We provide full stack business design and consulting services to help creatives and entrepreneurs shoot their shot and sustainably grow into their own commercial real estate opportunities. We're filling the neighborhood with artist residencies, restaurants and bakeries, wellness-driven body art shops, dance studios, and more.
PREVIOUS PROJECTS
free meals for covid frontline workers & at-risk communities plus stabilization dollars for local food entrepreneurs
We partnered with Kultivate Labs to crowdfund $100k for #FilipinosFeedTheFrontlines to bring meals to healthcare workers and their families from local chefs in the SF Bay Area. We helped design an equitable service model for mutual aid within the first few weeks of lockdown, while larger systems ramped up their programs.
